The second English Speaking Day Spooky was held on October 25th. The English Department organized a series of engaging activities, which aimed at exploring the eerie side of English culture. The day commenced with an English morning assembly that delved into superstitions across different cultures, setting an intriguing tone for the day. During recess, students engaged in lively conversations with English ambassadors, sharing their scariest nightmares. At lunchtime, the school hall buzzed with excitement as S.1 students participated in mystery games with the help of the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of the Guidance Committee. Additionally, an English Horror & Mystery book exhibition and a screening of the film "Caroline" captivated students. These activities not only entertained the students but also provided them with a deeper insight into the mysterious essence of Halloween.
