In the 75th Hong Kong Schools Speech Festival, 27 students from different levels participated in the English solo-verse speaking competitions, showcasing their skills and talents. The outcome of their efforts was highly encouraging, with 21 students achieving certificates of merit and 6 students earning certificates of proficiency. Additionally, our 1A students gained valuable hands-on experience in choral speaking and were awarded certificates of merit. Through their participation, students developed a deeper understanding and appreciation for English poetry while gaining newfound confidence in public speaking.
