The English Speaking Day on Living Green, held on 26th April, was a dynamic event aimed at promoting environmental consciousness. During the morning assembly, English teachers introduced to students various ways to safeguard our planet, resulting in the creation of a comprehensive To-do List. At recess, students eagerly shared the To-do list with English ambassadors, receiving stamps as recognition. The highlight of the day was the Upcycling Workshop, where students collaborated with their peers to transform toilet paper tubes into practical items such as mobile phone stands, pen organizers, Christmas trees, and home décor artwork. This workshop not only fostered creativity but also enhanced vocabulary and understanding of environmental protection.
