Lok Sin Tong Leung Kau Kui College was founded in September 1991, originally named Lok Sin Tong College. In 1993, Dr. Leung Kau Kui made a generous donation of HKD 1.5 million for school development, prompting the school to be renamed Lok Sin Tong Leung Kau Kui College in his honour. In our early days, the school held classes at the former premises of the Buddhist Chi Hong School at 70 Hill Road. In September 1992, the school relocated to our permanent campus at 26-28 Hospital Road.
The school upholds Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society's long-standing educational philosophy, recognising the need for moral, intellectual, physical, social, and aesthetic development. We are committed to promoting our good traditions, with "Benevolence, Love, Diligence, and Fidelity" as our motto to encourage students. In addition to imparting academic knowledge, the school places great importance on character development, helping students cultivate good habits and a diligent learning spirit, thereby shaping their outlook on life. We hope all students will strive to cultivate their character, pursue knowledge diligently, be good students, and contribute to society in the future.
